Week 1: Why business should think, talk and act like real people

Did you know that the average Net Promoter Score across all industries has gone from an average of 30 in 2015 to less than 10 today?  In order to build your organization into a titan, you’ll need to humanize your culture, regain trust, and rebuild and retain high performing teams to succeed. In this session, you’ll learn why, even in this age of digitalization, Humanization is the single greatest unlockable key to your future success.  You’ll learn to identify good and bad humanity, and how to operationalize high level concepts to immediately see results.

Week 2: Identifying critical success areas of your  business culture

How human is your culture?  During this week, we’ll evaluate your organization, identify high-level areas for improvement, and identify the most critical business area for humanization based on the six traits of human centric companies.

Week 3: Taking your first step to becoming a human company

In week three, we will work together to workshop a plan to improve the humanity of your chosen business area.  Hilary will work with participants to create a 90 day action plan that will leave employees and customers feeling empowered, seen, heard and loved.
